Q) When does my credit card get charged for the items I have purchased?
A) We only charge credit cards on dispatch of goods unless you have asked us to debit the card each week you order your imports from us.
Q) I can't find the correct postage costs for my item(s) that I have ordered!
A) If you have ordered something that does not have a drop down box for we will charge the cheapest and quickest way of getting these items to you. DHL (up to 10 kilos) is the cheapest way of sending busts and statues -- as we find the post office an expensive way of sending such items.
Q) I have advance ordered items from the site and some have not shipped to me yet.
A) Some items that you advance order might be late from the publisher or might have been cancelled. As we don't take ANY money in advance for such items we'll debit your card for what has appeared, and will reserve the items for you when they arrive.
Q) I spend £150 on import comics per month -- what can you offer me that my other comic store doesn't!?
